wrap

50g of mozzarella - 1 HEa
·
Sliced Green Pepper
·
Sliced Red Onion
Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 200c/400f (gas mark 6)
2.
Place Pitta or Wrap onto a baking tray
4.
Add the mozzarella and scatter with the red
onion and green pepper
5.
Bake in the oven for approx 12 minutes until
cheese is melted and golden
6.
