Ingredients
·
40g (1.5oz) of oats - 1 HEb
·
60g of frozen dark cherries - 2
syns
·
1/4 tsp of almond extract
·
½ tsp of baking powder

100g (1/3 cup) of fat free vanilla or plain
yoghurt
Instructions

1 large egg
·
5g of sliced almonds - 1.5 syns
·
spray oil
Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 190c/375f
2.
Grease a small oven proof dish with spray
oil
3.
Add to a bowl - the oats, Sukrin:1, ½ tsp of baking powder, yoghurt, almond extract and
egg and whisk to combine
5.
Pour over the top with the oat mixture,
sprinkle with the sliced almonds
7.
Bake in the oven for 40 mins till set and
lightly golden.
8.
Serve and enjoy!!
