This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 1 syn per serving
·      Green/Vegetarian - 1 syn per serving
·      WW Smart Points - 1 per serving
Ingredients
·      3 cups of kale slaw (or use shredded raw veg of choice)
·      1 large crisp apple, grated
·      1/2 cup of 0% greek yoghurt
·      juice and zest of half a lemon
·      2 tbs of light mayonnaise (4 syns)
·      pinch of salt and black pepper
Instructions
1.   Add the yoghurt, lemon juice, zest, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk till all combined and creamy.
2.   Add in the grated apple and vegetables and toss till coated.
3.   Dig in and enjoy!!
