This recipe is gluten free, dairy free, paleo, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 1.5 syns per serving (2 drumsticks)
·      Original/SP - 1.5 syns per serving (2 drumsticks)
·      WW Smart Points -  6 (2 drumsticks
·      Gluten Free - use gluten free soy sauce
Ingredients
·      8 Chicken Drumsticks (skin removed)
·      2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce (or tamari or coconut aminos)
·      2 tablespoons of water
·      2 tablespoons of honey (6 syns)
·      2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
·      1/4 tsp of garlic powder
·      freshly chopped coriander to serve
Instructions
1.   In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, water and garlic powder.
2.   Add the chicken drumsticks and mix to evenly coat. Marinade for approx 4 hours if possible.
3.   After marinating, Preheat oven to 220c or 425f (gas mark 7)
4.   Transfer chicken and marinade to an oven proof dish or a baking tray line with foil. 
5.   Bake in the oven for approx 30-35 mins until chicken is cooked through. Basting with the sauce half way through cooking time.
6.   Finish off under the grill for a couple of mins, to give a lovely charred colour to the top. 
7.   Top with freshly chopped coriander.
8.   Serve with your choice of sides.
