Easy Steak Quesadillas


INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Precook your meat in a lightly oiled cast iron skillet; season to your liking. I like to use Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning or even some taco seasoning to give it a good flavor.
  2. Preheat a Quesadilla maker or use your cast iron lightly oiled over medium heat. Mix your ranch and taco seasoning in a small bowl during this time.
  3. Once your maker is hot; working rather quickly add one quesadilla, about 3 T. of sauce spread evenly, Cheese (I use about 1/2 Cup per quesadilla so you can do half of that) then about 1/4 C. Meat spread evenly, lastly layer on the rest of your cheese. Place another tortilla on top and cook until browned evenly on both sides.
  4. Remove from heat; you can serve like this or with some salsa and sour cream!
