Simple Mongolian Beef Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients:

·         1/2 cup water
·         1/2 cup Non-GMO erythritol
·         1/3 THM Super Sweet Blend
·         1/4 tsp glucomannan
·         1 tsp grated ginger
·         1 tsp blackstrap molasses
·         1 full part of coleslaw
·         Garnish: 1 tbsp dried red pepper flakes
·         1 tbsp coconut aminos
·         1 tsp of GF soy sauce.

Directions:

·         1Set a large pan over high heat, after that, stir-fry the ground beef until it turns to be brown and the fat of the meat comes out. Remove the excess fat and then rinse cooked ground beef with fresh boil water quickly to dissolve the fat. Then set aside the ground beef in a plate or bowl.
·         2Turn on the heat then stir-fry the garlic and sliced green onions. After that, pour the water and coconut aminos. Then add the cooked ground beef back again. In a small bowl mix the glucomannan, erythritol, and ginger together. Then add to the pan. Sprinkle the sugar into the pan. Prepper the full part of coleslaw then cut it into thin strip slice. Then add in a package of strip thin slice coleslaw. Stir-fry well. Cover the pan and cook it over medium-high heat for ten minutes stirring frequently.
