Ingredients
·      3/4 cup of pineapple juice
·      1/2 cup of canned coconut milk light is ok
·      1 large banana fresh or sliced then frozen
·      1 cup of frozen mango
·      1 cup of frozen pineapple
·      Optional garnishes: Skewers of pineapple and mango, mint sprigs, lime
Instructions
1.    Place the pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, mango and pineapple in a blender; blend until completely smooth.
2.    Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired.
