Gravy | Slimming World
INGREDIENTS
o   medium Carrots peeled and cut into small dice
·         1/2  Onion cut into small dice
o   medium Potato peeled and cut into rough dice
o   Knorr Stock Pots chicken or beef depending on your choice of meat
o   drops Gravy Browning you can add more or less if you like
·         600 ml Water


INSTRUCTIONS
1.      Place the carrot, onion and potato in a pan and add the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the veg is cooked. The water should reduce quite a bit
2.      Add the stock pots and gravy browning to the pan. Allow the stock to dissolve, then blitz using a hand blender
3.      Serve as part of a balanced meal!
