Roast Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
·         2 large Potatoes
·           Salt
·           Frylight

INSTRUCTIONS
·         Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel potatoes and remove any eyes
·         Dice the potatoes into pieces around 2in/5cm in length & rinse with cold water. Place in a pan filled with cold water & add plenty of salt
·         Bring the pan up to the boil, and let them cook until they start to soften but they are still firm
·         Drain them in a colander & leave them there for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, put them in a bowl, season with plenty of salt & spray with plenty of Frylight. Toss them, then spray them again as you're tossing them. They need to be very well coated!
·         Spray a baking tray with Frylight and tip out the potatoes. Bake for 40 minutes making sure to turn half way. If they look like they're drying out half way, spray them again with a bit more Frylight.
