Easy Puff
Pastry Blueberry Knots Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with
parchment paper and set aside.
2.
On floured surface unfold pastry. Cut 12 strips.
3.
Fold each strip in half from top to bottom. Then
make a knot.
4.
Place on baking sheet.
5.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
6.
In the meantime, add blueberries and water to a
small pan.
7.
Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Mash
blueberries slightly and simmer for another 2 minutes. Take off heat and allow
to cool.
8.
Remove pan from oven and allow to cool for 5
minutes.
9.
Top each know with blueberry sauce.
10.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
