Ingredients
·
650g of potatoes, sliced in chips
·
1/2 tsp of salt
·
red pepper, diced
·
Roman";">
green pepper, diced
Instructions
·
red onion, diced
·
3 green onions, sliced
·
30g of cheddar - 1 HEa's
·
cooking oil spray
Instructions
1.
Rinse the potatoes until cold water
2.
Pat dry with some kitchen paper
3.
Add to a bowl with salt, spray with cooking
oil spray and shake to coat, give another spray of cooking oil spray and shake
again.
4.
Spread out on a baking tray lined with
parchment paper.
5.
Place in the oven and bake for 40mins (take
out half way through just to rotate for even browning)
6.
Transfer fries to a baking dish
7.
Top with the leftover pulled pork, red
onion, red pepper, green pepper and cheddar
8.
Place bake in the oven for 8-10 mins until
cheese is melted
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions
