PORK
BREAKFAST PATTIES
Start your morning with these
amazing homemade Syn Free Pork Sausage Breakfast Patties - super easy to make,
but with a delicious taste.

TOTAL TIME20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
SAUSAGE
· 500g (17.5oz) of pork shoulder, visible
fat removed
· 2 tsps of paprika
· 1/2 tsp of black pepper
· 1 tsp of salt
· few fresh sage leaves, chopped

· pinch of mixed herbs
· 1/4 tsp fennel seeds (crushed in mortar
and pestle)
OPTIONAL
·
1 tbs of maple
syrup - 2 syns
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Add the pork
shoulder to a food processor and pulse until ground like mince.
2.
Add the
ingredients to a bowl along with the seasoning and mix to combine.
3.
Form into 8
equal sizes patties
4.
Heat a frying
pan sprayed with cooking oil spray over a medium high heat.
5.
Add the patties
and cook until golden on each side and cooked through.
6.
Serve with your
favourite breakfast sides.
7. Optional: add some maple syrup for a
maple breakfast sausage (make sure you adjust syns)
