Ingredients
·
300g/10.5oz
of skinless boneless chicken breast, sliced into about 8 small fingers
·
1
egg, beaten
·
28g/1oz
of ready salted potato chips
·
1/2
tsp of
paprika
·
1/4
tsp of garlic powder
·
1/4
tsp of onion powder
·
cooking
oil spray
·
salt
to season if needed
Instructions
1.
Add
the potato chips to a sandwich bag with the paprika, garlic powder and onion
powder and bash with a rolling pin till fine crumbs.
2.
Add
the potato chips to a shallow dish.
3.
Preheat
Air fryer to 200c/400f while you make the chicken fingers
4.
Using
a fork, take a chicken finger and dip in the egg, then roll in the potato chip
mixture to coat.
5.
Repeat
with other strips.
6.
Remove
basket from air fryer and add the strips. Give a light mist of cooking oil
spray
7.
and
cooked for 8-10 mins, carefully turning over half way through.
8.
Serve
with your choice of sides.
