How to make Baked Stuffed Flank Steak
By preparing the ingredients below and follow the steps until
the end, you may serve four portions of Baked Stuffed Flank Steak on top of
your dining table.
Ingredients:
·
450 – 900 gr butterflied the flank steak
·
30 gr panko
·
One egg, the yolk only
·
350 gr grated mozzarella cheese
·
200 gr spinach frozen, then thaw and drain them well
·
100 gr chopped sun-dried tomatoes
·
A half teaspoon of garlic salt
·
A pinch of black pepper
·
30 ml olive oil
Directions:
1. 1Firstly,
heat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit-degree. To use the time, you can cut the butterflied
steak into a quarter or a half inch thick. Then, prepare a large bowl to
combine some ingredients in it, like the spinach, breadcrumbs, and the egg
yolk.
2. 2Mix those
ingredients completely along with the mozzarella and the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Then, you may simply spread this mixture into the butterflied steaks. Make sure
you spread the mixture evenly and don’t forget to add the salt and pepper on
top of the cheese mixture to taste.
3. 3Then, roll
the steak from the smallest end. Too tight the steak, you need to tuck it with
stray pieces. Here, you may use a cooking twine by lopping the twine along the
steak. Space around 2 inches of each cooking twine. However, make sure you
don’t tie too tight since it may cut the steak.
4. 4If you
have tied the steak, you may place them on a baking sheet. After that, pour
olive oil on the steak by rubbing it evenly into each steak. Also, don’t forget
to add garlic on top of the steak around a quarter teaspoon of the garlic salt
that you may use.
5. 5To
continue, put the sheet in an oven and bake for around 35 minutes until it gets
cooked through. Next, set the oven to broil the steak for around 5 to 10
minutes. After that, your Baked Stuffed Flank Steak is about to serve. But
before that, allow it to rest for around 15 minutes before serving.
6. To serve
this homemade Baked Stuffed Flank Steak, you need to place the steak on a
serving plate and enjoy this immediately while it is warm. Also, don’t forget
to add your favorite side salad r vegetables to enjoy this much better.
