This recipe is Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 1 HEa and 1 HEb plus 0.5 syns per serving
·      WW Smart Points - 14

Ingredients

For the burgers:
·      450g (1lb) of extra lean ground beef
·      1/2 tsp of fine sea salt
For the burger sauce: 
·      2 tbs of half fat mayonnaise - 4 syns 
·      6 tbs/90ml of fat free plain yoghurt
·      ½ tsp of paprika
·      ¼ tsp of mustard powder
·      ¼ tsp of onion powder
·      couple of slices of pickle, diced
·      ½ tbs of sukrin:1 or other sweetener of choice
·      see notes for syn free version
For the toppings:
·      1 cup (240ml) of shredded iceburg or romaine lettcue
·      1 small white onion, finely diced
·      4x30g (1oz) of cheddar, sliced  - 4 HEa's
·      slices of pickles
For the fries:
·      500g (17.5oz) of potatoes, sliced into fries
·      sea salt
·      4x60g (2oz) whole wheat rolls - 4 HEb's

Instructions

For the burgers:
1.   Add the sea salt to the ground beef and knead just to combine
2.   Form into patties
3.   Spray a frying pan over a medium high heat and cook burgers until nice and golden on each side (approx 5 mins per side)
For the sauce:
1.   Mix all ingredients in a bowl
For the fries: 
To build the burger:
1.   Plate the bottom half of the roll
2.   Add some lettuce
3.   Top with cheddar
4.   Top with burger
5.   Top with burger sauce, chopped onions and pickles
6.   Add the roll top
7.   Serve with fries 
8.   Add a side salad for some additional speed foods.
