This recipe is gluten free, vegetarian, Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly
·      Extra Easy - 1 HEa, 1 HEb and 0.5 syns per pizza
·      Original/SP - 1 HEa, 1 HEb and 0.5 syns per pizza
·      WW Smart Points - 12
·      Gluten Free - use a gluten free wrap (HEb qualifying one)

Ingredients

·      1 Heb qualifying 60g/2oz whole wheat pita or wrap 
·      50g of mozzarella - 1  HEa
·      Leftover Stove Top Pulled Pork (approx 1/3 of 1 serving) - 0.5 syns
·      Sliced Green Pepper
·      Sliced Red Onion

Instructions   

1.   Preheat oven to 200c/400f (gas mark 6)
2.   Place Pitta or Wrap onto a baking tray
3.   Spread with left over Stove Top Pulled Pork
4.   Add the mozzarella and scatter with the red onion and green pepper
5.   Bake in the oven for approx 12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
6.   (depending on toppings and base you use, baking time may taking slightly less or longer)
