·         5 oz Garlic Chive, Buchu
·         ½ cup of Buchimgaru or Korean Pancake Powder
·         ½ glass of water
·         Salt to taste
·         1 red Chili Pepper
·         1 green chili
·         ¼ cup vegetable oil
Ingredients for sauce
·         2 tablespoons of regular soy sauce
·         two tablespoons water
·         two tablespoons of vinegar
·         ½ red pepper or to taste
·         ½ green chili or as needed in cooking
·         1 teaspoon of chopped garlic

Directions:

·         1The first step, prepare vegetables. Wash all vegetables such as buchu or garlic, cleanly under running water. Then cut with the same size. After that, also remove red chili and green chili. Then cut julienne with a thin piece and the same size. The next, prepare a large bowl.
·         2The second step, mix 1 ½ Buchimgaru or Korean pancake powder, add 1 ½ cups of cold water, and just enough salt. This cold water can provide elastic texture and is good for the batter. Then add the garlic and red chili into the pancakes. All the dough mix it gently.
·         3Step three, prepare a pot to cook. Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Heat on high fire. Then put the pancake and vegetable dough in the pan. Then, spread the vegetables flat, to make a thin layer on the dough. Cooking time to the bottom of the dough is golden.
·         4Step four, heat the skillet and add enough vegetable oil. Pour 1/3 crepe with vegetables. After that, make a sauce for the dough. Prepare a small bowl.
