An easy to make Pasta Dish with a big tomato and cream flavors!

Ingredients
·         2 tablespoons butter
·         2 tablespoons olive oil
·         4 cloves garlic minced
·         1/2 cup onion minced
·         2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
·         1 cup heavy cream
·         1/2 cup grated parmesan plus extra for garnish
·         salt and pepper to taste
·         1 pound linguine or pasta of your choice

Instructions
1.    Heat large skillet on medium heat.
2.    Add olive oil and butter. Heat until butter melts.
3.    Add onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
4.    Add tomato sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes until sauce is darker in color and thick.
5.    Bring large pot of water to boil. Add about 2 teaspoons of salt.
6.    Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
7.    When sauce is thick, turn off heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
8.    Add cream and combine.
9.    Add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
10. Toss with cooked pasta and top with additional grated parmesan cheese.
