INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder We Use This!
- 25 drops Liquid Stevia We use this!
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Add the heavy whipping cream to a medium bowl
and whip it to soft peaks using a hand mixer. Set aside.
2.
Add the mascarpone cheese to a large bowl and
microwave for 20 seconds. Mix using hand mixer.
3.
Sift the cocoa powder and add the liquid stevia
into the mascarpone and combine using the hand mixer.
4.
Fold the soft peaked whipping cream into the
mascarpone mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until chilled.
5.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge up to
1 week. Enjoy!
