100g of mozzarella - roughly broken into
chunks - 2 HEa's
·
sea salt
·
fresh coriander
Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 200c/400f and cook chips as
per my Perfect Syn Chips
2.
Once chips are cooked.
3.
Divide chips on the tray into two servings,
top each serving with some warmed up leftover butter chicken
4.
Scatter each serving with mozzarella (add a
pinch of sea salt over the top)
5.
Place back in the oven for a couple of
minutes just until the mozzarella starts to melt.
6.
Then carefully using a spatula, move the
poutine to a plate.
7.
Scatter with freshly chopped coriander.
8.
Dig in and enjoy!!
