CARBONARA
This turkey pasta carbonara is turkey, peas
and bacon, all tossed with spaghetti in a creamy parmesan sauce. A quick and

Ingredients

12 ounces spaghetti
·
6 slices bacon chopped
·
1/4 cup onion minced
·
2 teaspoons garlic minced
·
1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for serving

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup peas thawed from frozen
·
2 cups cooked turkey diced
·
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
1.
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to
package directions.
2.
Place the bacon in a large pan over medium high heat. Cook
for 4-5 minutes or until browned and crisp.
3.
Remove the bacon from the pan with a slotted spoon and
drain on paper towels.

Add the onion to the remaining bacon fat in the pan. Cook
for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
5.
Add McCormick Simply Better Turkey Gravy and the cream to
the pan. Bring to a simmer.
6.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until just thickened. Stir in the
parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
7.
Drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the gravy sauce along
with the turkey, peas and bacon. Toss to combine.
8.
Sprinkle with parsley, then serve. Top with additional
parmesan cheese if desired.
