Steak fajita Spaghetti


INGREDIENTS
Mushroom
  • 1 C. Sour Cream
  • 1 10 oz. can Rotel
  • 2 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parsley
  • INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Pre-slice your steak into small strips and add just 1 T. of seasoning to your meat.
    2. Preheat oven to 350
    3. Cook your pasta according to package; drain and pour into large bowl.
    4. Heat a lightly oiled cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add your peppers and onions for 2-3 minutes. Add in your meat and cook till lightly seared and cooked through. Pour into bowl with noodles.
    5. Add your soups, sour cream, rotel, 1 C. Cheese, and remaining 1 T. of fajita seasoning; mix well and pour into a 8x11 casserole dish or medium size dish. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
    6. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes till hot and bubbly.
