INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Place the carrot,
onion and potato in a pan and add the water. Bring to the boil and simmer for
about 25 minutes or until the veg is cooked. The water should reduce quite a
bit
2.
Add the stock pots
and gravy browning to the pan. Allow the stock to dissolve, then blitz using a
hand blender
3.
Serve as part of a
balanced meal!
