Sausage
Breakfast Boats
INGREDIENTS:

1 pound Owen’s Natural Sausage
·
4 large eggs
·
3 tablespoons milk
·
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
·
4 ounce chopped green chilies
·
1 loaf French Country bread
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat
oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Add meat to
a skillet and cook until brown on medium heat. Remove and set aside.
3. In a bowl
combine eggs, milk, cheese and green chilies. Stir in the sausage. Using a
serrated knife create a deep “v” into the bread and remove the top as well as
the bread inside. Pour the sausage and egg mixture into the bread. (You may not
use it all)
4. Place on a
baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
