Instruction:
1. 1Make balls
by combining soy sauce, salt, ginger, spring onion, cornstarch, eggs, pork. Mix
well to create 8 meatballs. Then, pour oil into the wok, heat and fry meatball
turn golden brown, for 5 minutes. After that, lift and transfer to paper towel.
Drain until oil decreases.
2. 2Pour
little oil then let until hot and put meatball. Add chicken broth over the
meatball. Boil meatball until quarter of an hour. Combine 1 tsp of cornstarch
with water in small bowl mix well and pour into wok and stir until thickens.
Finally, serve to plate.
