How to Make Shanghai-Style Fried Noodles

It just takes 10 minutes and easy ingredients to earn at the market. Sautee mushroom for 2 minutes with hot oil, then put noodle into the pan. After that, add chicken, soy sauce, and sugar and mix well. Last, add bok choy and mix well before serving to the dish.

Ingredients:

·         2 tablespoons vegetable oil
·         2 kg brown mushrooms, quartered
·         400 g or 16 oz. Shanghai soft noodles
·         5 bunches of baby bok choy
·         4 tablespoons soy sauce
·         1/4 teaspoon sugar
·         1/4 teaspoon chicken stock powder

Direction:

1.      1First, heat up wok then pour little oil on it and wait until hot. Then, add mushroom then saute for 2-3 minutes. While cooking mushroom, don’t forget to mix for 3 minutes or well done. Last, add noodle slowly into a pan to keep touched by hot wok.
2.      2Last, mix noodle and mushroom. After that, add chicken, soy sauce, and sugar into a pan. Mix well. If you like spicy food, you may add chili sauce then mix well. Next, add bok choy before the serve, mix well until wilted. Serve while hot.
